At Fernovia Design, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help you with a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original packaging.
  • In the same condition that you received it, without any damage or signs of wear.

We offer free returns within the UK for eligible items.

Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalised pieces, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fernoviadesign.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the item back.

Please ensure that your returned items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Return Shipping

We offer free returns within the UK for returns requested within the 14-day period. For orders outside of the UK, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us at info@fernoviadesign.com.
