1-Year Warranty
We are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Therefore, all pieces purchased from Fernovia Design come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers:
- S925 Sterling Silver: Our sterling silver jewellery is crafted to last. The warranty covers tarnishing that is not a result of exposure to harsh chemicals or improper care.
- Gold Vermeil: Our gold vermeil pieces are plated with 18ct gold on sterling silver. The warranty covers any peeling or loss of plating under normal wear conditions.
- Natural Pearls and Semi-Precious Gemstones: Our natural pearls and gemstones are sourced responsibly and crafted with care. The warranty covers defects such as loose stones or clasps.
Conditions of Warranty:
- The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, improper care, or accidents.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns within the UK for returns requested within this period.
To initiate a return:
- Visit your order page to request a return.
- Provide photos of the item, attach them to your request, and include the reason for the return.
- Ensure the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
