Our jewellery is crafted using carefully selected, high-quality materials, including:

  • 18ct Gold Vermeil on S925 Sterling Silver
  • Natural Freshwater Pearls
  • Natural Gemstones

Natural materials may vary slightly in colour, shape, or texture. These variations are a natural feature and make each piece unique.

5. What is gold vermeil?

Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold applied over sterling silver. It offers the appearance and feel of solid gold while remaining suitable for daily wear and more accessible than solid gold jewellery.

6. Are your pearls and gemstones real?

Yes. We use natural freshwater pearls and carefully selected natural gemstones. Each pearl and gemstone has its own unique characteristics, which is part of their natural beauty.

7. Is Fernovia Design jewellery suitable for everyday wear?

Yes. Our jewellery is designed to be worn daily, using sterling silver and gold vermeil chosen for durability, comfort, and long-term wear — not occasional use only.

8. Is Fernovia Design jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewellery is crafted from sterling silver and gold vermeil, materials that are generally well tolerated by sensitive skin. We also use natural freshwater pearls and carefully selected semi-precious gemstones, chosen for their quality and skin-friendly properties.

Each order is presented in a complimentary gift box and pouch. Our packaging is plastic-free and thoughtfully designed with environmental impact in mind, making it suitable for both personal use and gifting.

12. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected regions.

European Union (EU):

  • France, Germany, Italy, Spain: 7–12 days
  • Other EU countries: 7–15 days

North America:

  • United States & Canada: 10–15 days

Asia:

  • Japan: 3–9 days
  • Hong Kong SAR: 3–7 days
  • South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia: 7–14 days
  • United Arab Emirates, Israel, Cyprus: 8–15 days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 days

13. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being dispatched. Delivery times vary by region and local postal services.

14. What are your shipping costs?

UK, EU, Asia & Oceania: Free shipping on orders over £75; £4.99 flat rate for orders under £75.

US & Canada: Free shipping on orders over $95; $5.99 flat rate for orders under $95. 

15. Will I need to pay customs fees or taxes?

No. Import taxes and duties are included in the purchase price, so there are no additional fees upon delivery.

Yes. Fernovia Design offers a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear.

18. Can I return or exchange my jewellery?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer free returns within the UK during this period.
